Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Second Wind, provided by LXD Sales Tech. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Purpose of the service

Second Wind provides general motivational and reflective guidance. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional care. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

AI-generated content

Optional personalized guidance may be generated by artificial intelligence. It can be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for your decisions and should independently evaluate guidance before acting on it.

Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Price, billing period, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and Apple administers refund requests.

Intellectual property

Second Wind, its original guidance library, design, software, and branding are owned by LXD Sales Tech or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app.

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account in the app.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LXD Sales Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Apple terms

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
